Why become a member of our DPC? Direct primary care is a relatively new concept in medicine. This new way of delivering healthcare is actually based on traditional relationships and community based care. Fulcrum Family Health is a family medicine practice founded by Dr. Lisa Lucas. Our goal is to deliver affordable, accessible healthcare. We aim to get to know our patients and their families and form a dependable, longstanding relationship. When you become a member of Fulcrum Family Health, your health is our primary concern. This is different than in a traditional fee for service model that runs within the insurance-based system where doctors are incentivized to see as many patients as possible. Insurance reimbursement doesn't prioritize talking and relationship building. In our experience, we see our patients find true health when we have the time to educate and work through barriers to care. We work outside the insurance system allowing us to offer 30-60 minute appointments in person or via phone, email, text or video.

Dr. Lucas is a member of your community. She is a mom of three who works hard to find balance in life and understands the demands of daily life. We offer a physician who is responsive to calls, texts, and emails throughout the day and who cares about you as an individual and not as another number.Our philosophy is based on the accessibility of health to all. We strive to remove financial and social barriers to medicine and provide individualized, seamless care to all of our members.
HOW MUCH DOES A FULCRUM FAMILY HEALTH DPC MEMBERSHIP COST?
A membership with Fulcrum Family Health DPC costs range from $30-125/month. We offer multiple discounts for prepayment and families. We have our full pricing structure here. With that membership, you can visit the office anytime without a copay. You also can call, text, or email the doctor anytime. Additionally, members of Fulcrum Family Health are able to get wholesale medications, at-cost labs, and at-cost imaging services at a fraction of the typical cost.
HOW DO I SIGN UP FOR A FULCRUM FAMILY HEALTH DPC MEMBERSHIP?
The signup process for Fulcrum Family Health DPC is an easy one. Our online form takes about 5 minutes to complete. The form will ask for a credit card to complete the registration. Your card will not be billed until your account is confirmed by our staff and an appointment is made.
